Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made on toursforless.ae (“Tours for less”, “we”). Please read them together with the details and the cancellation terms of your tour, which are shown before you pay. Version of 7 October 2026.

1. Our service

Tours for less sells tours, activities and attraction tickets in the United Arab Emirates and Musandam (Oman). The tours are carried out by licensed local operators (“the operator”). We take your booking and payment, pass the booking to the operator, send you your confirmation and ticket, and are your contact before and after the tour.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirham (AED) and include 5% VAT. The total shown before payment includes the tour for your group, any hotel pickup surcharge for your area and the extras you choose.
Amounts in other currencies are an approximation; you are charged in AED. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
You pay the full amount by card when you book. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider and never reach us.
Child prices apply to the ages shown for each tour; where no age is shown, the operator’s definition applies.

3. Confirmation

Some bookings are confirmed at once; others are confirmed by the operator after you book. The tour page tells you which applies. Until then your booking is “awaiting confirmation”.
If the operator cannot confirm your booking, we offer you another date or option, or refund the full amount.
Your confirmation and ticket are sent by e-mail; please make sure your e-mail address and phone number are correct.
For experiences marked “price on request” you do not pay online: you send a request, we reply with an offer, and a booking is made only when you accept it.

4. Cancellation by you

Shared and private tours: free cancellation more than 48 hours before the start; within 48 hours, 50% of the price is charged; within 24 hours, the full price.
Attraction tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once booked.
Each tour shows its cancellation terms before you pay; they apply to your booking.
To cancel, use the link in your confirmation e-mail or “Manage my booking” with your booking reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
If you are not at the pickup or meeting point on time, or do not take part, the tour counts as used and is not refunded.

5. Changes and cancellation by the operator

The operator may change the order of the stops or the programme because of traffic, opening times, weather or safety. If a tour cannot take place — for example because of the weather, for safety reasons or because a tour with a minimum number of guests does not reach it — we offer you another date or refund the full price.

6. Pickup

Where pickup is included, you are collected from your hotel lobby in the areas listed for the tour. Some areas cost extra; the surcharge is shown before payment.
The pickup window is shown when you book and the exact time is confirmed before the tour. Please be ready in the lobby from the start of the window.

7. Your responsibilities

Bring the documents a tour requires (for example your passport) and follow the dress codes — mosques and some venues require covered shoulders and knees.
Respect minimum ages and health restrictions. Dune drives, quad biking, speedboats, ziplines and skydiving are not suitable for everyone, for example during pregnancy or with back or heart problems; ask us if you are unsure.
Follow the instructions of the guide and the operator, and respect the laws and customs of the UAE.

8. Complaints

If something is not as booked, please tell the guide or the operator straight away so that it can be put right on the spot, and write to us at hello@toursforless.ae.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them limits rights that you have by law.
