Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data Tours for less (toursforless.ae) processes, why, who receives it and what your rights are. Version of 7 October 2026.

What we collect and why

Bookings: your name, e-mail address, phone number, hotel or meeting point, date, the number and ages of your guests, the extras you choose and your notes — to make, confirm and carry out your booking, to send your confirmation, ticket and invoice, and to contact you about your tour.
Requests and messages: what you send through the contact or “price on request” forms (name, e-mail, phone, preferred date, guests, message) — to answer you.
Payment: you enter your card details on the page of our payment provider; we never see or store them. We receive the payment status and a reference.
Security and records: technical data such as your IP address are used briefly to protect the site against abuse. Bookings, invoices and payment records are kept as accounting and tax law requires.
Language: to open the site in a suitable language, your country is looked up from your IP address in a local database. The IP address is not stored for this.
Trips near you: inside the UAE the same local lookup guesses your emirate, so that trips near you are shown first. You can change it or switch it off on the page; your choice is kept in a cookie.
“Near me” button: only if you tap it, your browser asks for your location. It is used on your device to find your emirate and is never sent to us; only the emirate is saved, as above.

Who receives your data

The operator who runs your tour receives what it needs for your booking: name, phone number, hotel or meeting point, date, guests and notes.
Our payment provider processes your payment.
Our hosting and e-mail providers store and send data on our behalf.
Authorities, only where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking, invoice and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Requests are kept only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Within the limits of the law you can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to hello@toursforless.ae. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.

To pick the default language and, inside the UAE, the trips near you, we look up your connection in local copies of the DB-IP Lite databases: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).
