Why book with Tours for less

One total, before payment
Pickup surcharges for Sharjah, Ajman or Jebel Ali are added on the tour page, not after you pay.
Honest confirmation status
If a supplier must confirm your seats, we say so and charge nothing final until they do.
Pickup from your hotel
Type three letters of your hotel and choose it from the list. If it is missing, we check it for you.
Your ticket on your phone
Confirmed bookings arrive as a PDF ticket with a QR code that our team can verify on the day.

How booking works

  1. Choose a date and guests

Availability and the price for your group update as you choose.

  2. Add your pickup

Pick your hotel. Published pickup fees appear in the total straight away; where pickup is on request, our team agrees it with you before confirming.

  3. Pay securely

You pay on the payment provider’s secure page. We never see your card number.

  4. Receive your ticket

You get a payment receipt at once. Our reservations team then confirms your booking with the operator — usually within a few hours — and e-mails your ticket.

Questions before you book

Is the price on the tour page the final price?

Yes. The total includes the tour, your group size and any pickup surcharge for your hotel’s area. It is charged in AED; amounts in other currencies are shown only as an approximation.

What does “confirmed by the operator” mean?

Some tours are run by partner operators who confirm the places after you book, usually within a few hours. Your card is only authorized or charged as described at checkout. If the operator cannot confirm, the authorization is released or you are refunded in full.

Where are you picking me up?

From your hotel lobby in the areas listed on each tour. Type three letters of your hotel to find it. The pickup window is shown when you book; the exact time is confirmed by e-mail before the tour.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the PDF on your phone. The QR code lets our team verify your booking. For some attractions the operator also issues its own admission document, which we send separately.

In which language is the tour guided?

The guide language is shown on each tour and is independent of this website’s language. Some city tours run in German on set days; otherwise guides speak English.

Can I cancel?

Each tour shows its own cancellation terms before you pay. Tours are usually free to cancel up to 48 hours before; attraction tickets are usually non-refundable. Use the link in your confirmation e-mail to send a request.
